Chidokeyz grew up in Enugu, Where he obtains Most of his academical degrees, To rap it up, He studied Metallurgical and Materials Engineering in the University Of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Chidokeyz developed interest for music after he was been influenced by listening to artistes like Fela, Wizkid, 2Baba, Drake, Alkaline, Bob Marley, Popcaan E.T.C. He started music professionally in 2017 and recorded his first single that same year.
