Kanye West to release Jesus Is King album days after Kim Kardashian broke salvation
Barely a day after US socialite Kim Kardashian revealed that her husband Kanye West is now saved, the musician has confirmed the release date of his gospel album.
Titled Jesus Is King, Kanye’s upcoming album which contains 12 songs is scheduled to drop on September, 27 2019.
Kanye also known as Yeezus announced the news on his website on saying the album was initially supposed to be released under the name Yandhi.
His wife had also promoted the upcoming album on Twitter by posting a snap of a couple of song titles.
Kanye runs a Sunday Service mostly at his home during the weekend and ever since the inception of the idea, his fans have been wondering whether he got close to Christ.
Often, the rapper and father of four leads in praise and worship during the services and welcomes fellow musicians to bless their guests with gospel hymns.
As earlier reported by TUKO.co.ke, reality star Kim Kardashian told The View – an American talk show- that her husband started his journey of salvation to heal himself.
Apparently, he has evolved into an amazing individual thanks to Jesus Christ.
“Kanye started this to really heal himself and it was a really personal thing, and it was just friends and family,” Kardashian West told host Sunny Hostin who asked about the Sunday Service events. “He has had an amazing evolution of being born again and being saved by Christ.” She explained.
