Born Olaonipekun Olatubosun, professionally known as Trod is a Nigerian Music singer, rapper, entertainer and a recording artist, Trod was born on 1st August i the 90s in Ogun State, Nigeria. and He’s a brother to late repper Dagrin.
Trod (The Return Of Dagrin) hails from Ogun State, but grew up in the street of Lagos. He attended his primary and part of his secondary school education in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State. He went to complete his secondary school education at Command Day Secondary School and finished his secondary school education in the year 2014.
In 2015, Trod got admitted to study Social Science in Tai-Solarin University Of Education (TASUED) and he graduated in 2019.

Haven’t come from a music oriented home, and a brother of a legendary rapper like Dagrin, trod developed interest in music at a very tender age. Trod choose a career in music even while he was still in the secondary school.
